Following successful procurement, Community Ambulance Service (CAS) is contracted to provide Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) for eligible patients in north west London who are travelling to NHS-funded healthcare appointments where acute or community trust transport is unavailable. This includes visits to certain out-of-area acute trusts.

The service is already live in Harrow and Hounslow. Hillingdon will follow on 1 November 2026. The remaining North West London boroughs will follow.

For acute or community trust appointments in north west London locations, please continue booking directly through the relevant trust NEPTS team.

Reminder: Non-emergency transport is only available if patients meet eligibility criteria and require supported transport due to medical need.
