West and North London Intergrated Care Board (WNL ICB) want to make it easier for residents to share feedback and ideas about the NHS, helping to shape improvements that will support fairer care and better experiences.
Since May 2026, more than 1,000 residents have actively contributed to the development of WNL ICB's new approach. The ICB has also engaged directly with 276 voluntary, community, faith and social exterprise, community and resident organisations.
WNL ICB is grateful for the time, expertise and experience shared. A summary of what people have told the ICB so far is available on the NHS West and North London website: Have your say on NHS decisions in west and north London.
Based on the feedback, WNL ICB has developed five draft principles to guide how it involves people and communities across west and north London in decisions about health and care. These align with the NHS England core principles for effective engagement.
WNL ICB want to know:
- your reflections on the draft principles
- whether you think there is anything missing
- what you would expect West and North London ICB to do differently in order to follow these principles.
Your feedback will help NWL ICB develop it's wider public involvement framework, which will be published in 2027.
Healthcare professionals are invited to take part in the short online survey.
If you would like a paper copy email wnlicb.publicinvolvement@nhs.net.
The survey closes at midnight on Sunday 1 November.
