Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is expanding the services available through the app and encouraging more patients to use it.

From October, patients using participating SystmOne services will be able to receive messages and complete questionnaires in the NHS App, making it easier to stay connected with care and reduce reliance on letters and other traditional communications.

Later in the year, patients in selected services may also be able to:

• cancel appointments digitally
• request changes to appointments
• receive more communications directly through the app.

Benefits include quicker access to information, improved communication with healthcare services and greater flexibility in managing appointments.

Patients who cannot use the app can still contact their care team in the usual way.
