Following West & North London ICB’s merger, the WNL ICB Strategic Estates and Primary Care teams have commissioned Integrated Healthcare Properties (IHP) to support the consolidation and validation of primary care estates data across the newly formed ICB's patch.
This exercise intends to validate the existing estates information held for your practice and, where required:
- update existing information
- provide any new or amended information and
- complete any information that remains outstanding from the primary care estates data-gathering exercise undertaken over six years ago.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date primary care estates information is important in supporting effective estates management, capacity planning and strategic planning across the ICB. The information gathered will also help inform support for practices experiencing current or anticipated capacity pressures.
Actions for practices
IHP will be contacting all practices as part of this exercise. Practices are asked to prioritise the request and provide the required information no later than 7 November.
What to expect
Practices will receive an email from wandnl.optimisehelp@integratedhealthcareproperties.co.uk containing an Excel template relating to your practice estate. Please review and complete the template and return it to IHP using the same email address.
Wendy Dalal and Laura Garnham will be your main contacts at IHP throughout this exercise and they may contact practices if any clarification or further information is required.
