Silicon Practice, which trades under the company name Schappit Ltd, has gone into administration. Three services are longer be accessible to practices and their patients:

• FootFall online consultation provider
• practice website provider
• chat bot feature provider

Practices using FootFall are advised to inform patients that they will not have access to online consultation requests and provide alternate approaches to contact the practice for clinical support until an alternative Online Consultation provider is in place.
