An NHS App patient information leaflet is now available across Camden Health Evolution to help practices support patients in getting the most from the NHS App.

The patient-centred leaflet explains key features including sending medical/admin queries, ordering repeat prescriptions, viewing test results, accessing GP records, managing appointments, and receiving messages from NHS services.

The accessible leaflet has been produced as a compact printed C-fold leaflet that patients can take home and refer to later. It includes QR codes, links to video tutorials, and simple guidance for patients with lower digital confidence.

Supporting resources include a matching roll-up banner for waiting rooms and community events and an online interactive version of the leaflet to be used in SMS campaigns. Practices can use these materials alongside SMS campaigns, NHS App Ambassador activity, and EMIS alerts to encourage uptake. Together, these resources provide a practical, low-cost way to promote digital access and support patient self-service.
