Wood Green community diagnostic centre (CDC) is seeking feedback from GP colleagues to understand what is working well and where the service can improve.

GPs who have referred patients to the Wood Green CDC are invited to take a few minutes to complete the short GP Feedback survey.

Wood Green CDC also welcomes views on its recent GP engagement session. Whether GP colleagues attended or were unable to join, they are invited to complete the short GP Engagement Session survey.

Feedback from both surveys will help Wood Green CDC continue to provide high-quality care and support, understand the priorities of GPs and their practices, and shape future engagement sessions to better meet their needs.
