Provides supported living housing opportunities in north east London for individuals with learning disabilities or autism to feel safe, receive help and support with day-to-day life and become more independent.

Includes:

• dedicated and tailored support sessions each week
• help accessing the local community
• 24-hour, on-call help and support, if needed

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

• those with a learning disability or autistic spectrum condition
• the person is known to social services for learning disabilities or autistic spectrum conditions
• the person can obtain funding for existing support or already has a personal budget
