This service is part of the Camden MSK Integrated Community Service PhysioLine.

Patients speak with an MSK physiotherapist to help manage their problem. Deaf, interpreter and special-needs patients will be booked directly into a face-to-face physiotherapy appointment. 

Following assessment, patients can be referred onto other services within the Camden MSK partnership where appropriate.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusions

  • Camden patients, aged 18 and over, with an MSK need
  • Exceptions may be made for patients who are just under 18.

Exclusions

  • Non MSK conditions
  • Acute post-operative patients are not seen in the community by Cora Health.

How to Refer

GPs may refer via e-RS or in appropriate clinical circumstance instuct patients to self-refer via PhysioLine

Self-referral

Self-referral by telephone (PhysioLine) is the quickest way to access the service. See downloads for patient leaflet. Self-referral requests are only accepted for patients aged 18 and over.

Any patient registered with a Camden GP can access getUbetter by registering for an account.

getUbetter is a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) self-management web application, available as a smartphone app (iOS and Android) and as an app accessed via a laptop or desktop computer web browser.

getUBetter provides 24/7 self-management support. Patients will be supported digitally through your recovery day-by-day with personalised, evidence-based behaviour change techniques which includes symptom checking, nudges, videos, exercises and outcome measures. It empowers patients to self-manage your musculoskeletal problems, and access Camden MSK clinical services if necessary.
