Falls Prevention: Safe & Connected

Safe and Connected offers a 24/7 emergency monitoring and response service using mobile lifting equipment to safely lift individuals from the floor to a sitting or standing position without manual handling. Service users receive an alarm unit and pendant, with optional telecare sensors, and alarms can be activated to communicate with telecare advisors, including GPS locators for outdoor use.
How to Refer
Online referral form
Referrals to the service can be made by GP and other healthcare professionals. Patients can also self-refer.
