Stroke Recovery Service

The Stroke Recovery service provides personalised support for stroke survivors and their families, including emotional support, recovery advice, stroke prevention guidance, access to local services, and opportunities to connect with others.
Support is available through home visits, phone calls, and online sessions.
The Stroke Support Helpline provides support to anyone affected by stroke in the UK, including family and friends.

Inclusions
- stroke survivors, carers, or family members living in Haringey or Islington
