Integrated Care Environment (ICE) is an order communication system which links GP practices, primary and secondary care services together. The requesting module enables the ordering of services from the primary care trust, such as radiology or pathology.

Our team is dedicated to assisting your practice in training your staff to initiate pathology and radiology requests. We provide support in monitoring and processing your requests, tailoring the process to suit your practice's needs.

To get access to ICE, your practice must fill out the NHS NWL Radiology/Pathology ICE Referrer Request form and send to the lab that you are requesting access to.

To access the Health Share System, you will need to request by completing the Cora Health ICE Joiners form.
